Anthony J. Giannetti

Anthony leads our Pittsburgh office and concentrates his practice in the area of products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice. Before joining Swartz Culleton PC, Anthony was a defense attorney at a well-known Pittsburgh law firm, where he defended insurance companies and their insureds against a variety of claims. Before entering private practice, Anthony worked as a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where he advised the Court on civil-rights appeals. Anthony also clerked for President Judge Katherine B. Emery in the Washington County Court of Common Pleas.

Anthony graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo law school, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Anthony holds a master’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh Honors College. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Anthony resides in Highland Park with his wife Ashley, who is a defense attorney at well-known Pittsburgh law firm.
