Amy Joann Coco

My practice focuses primarily on defense of professional liability claims, particularly with respect to lawyers, insurance agents and real estate professionals. I also counsel lawyers and paraprofessionals in Professional Responsibility and Professional Ethics matters, as well as representing lawyers in matters involving compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct before the Disciplinary Board.  I have defended product liability cases, including toxic tort suits and prosecuted subrogation claims, including those in the areas of property damage, premises liability and products liability. I frequently lecture for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and other organizations in the areas of risk management, ethics and avoiding legal malpractice.
