To begin with, Attorney Pollock’s fees are extremely reasonable for what you get – and you always know where you stand from a billing perspective. Attorney Pollock is extremely knowledgeable on all facets of law. He is also very patient and highly strategic and tactical in his thinking (and will always give you solid advice on what to do or not to do at any given moment). He will spend a great deal of time getting to know all aspects of your case intimately, and then will develop a sound game plan that doesn’t only rely on strong-armed tactics, but rather clever maneuvering and skilled negotiation. But he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves if backed into a corner by the opposing party. There’s a prevailing myth that guys will always get the short end of the stick during a divorce. And while that may be true in many respects (based on a somewhat biased court system that generally favors the mother), having Attorney Pollock on your team will level the playing field and even shift the cards in your favor. At the end of the day, the terms of my Marriage Dissolution Agreement (MSA) were much better than I anticipated. And my support payments are lower than projected – and all because of his stellar legal ability. Let’s just say that I am keeping his number programmed into my phone should a future need arise.
