Bankruptcy Real Estate
Jeffery's help was tantamount to our success in acquiring some real estate at a bankruptcy hearing.
This case/client was unexpected, in that I do not handle Bankruptcy Law cases. Since this was a referral from a close friend, I went the extra mile to do a fantastic job. Normally I refer out unfamiliar practice areas to ensure that clients get the best and most experienced legal service possible.

Very good and dependable lawyer
Jeff did a wonderful job handling my case. I was in a bad situation that turned out working great. He was very good at communicating to me what exactly what case the was, and how to resolve the situation. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

Knowledge lawyer
I used Jeff for my divorce lawyer several years ago. He was prompt, professional, and helpful. He listened to well and gave good advice to which direction to proceed during the settlement. He was recommended to me by another family member of mine who thought highly of him.

Lack of professionalism
I hired Mr. Jeff Pollock to represent me in a civil case, unfortunately he was late arriving to court on the day of hearing. I was even more disappointed learning that the reason for his tardiness was that he incidentally accepted two appointments with possible time overlap, and my case was the one h...
Huh? I have no idea who this purported client thinks was his counsel, but I have only been hired for and litigated one Civil or Arbitration case in the last 8 months ... and it was a full day Non-Jury Trial that was my only court obligation of that entire week (and it settled for a very successful monetary figure in spite of having serious liability proof obstacles). Furthermore, I have made it a habit to turn down many cases (and decline many potentially lucrative clients) over my 30 years of practice so that I rarely if ever have had a time conflict, since a sole practitioner does not have the luxury of just asking a partner to cover for him. I do not appreciate some anonymous disgruntled hack(er) posting this drivel. (If this liar happens to be a Pharma Drug Sales Family Court client (whose two daughters refuse to speak to him) from over two years ago who fabricated complaints similar to this back then to get out of paying his final bill -- even though I got him a better E.D. settlement than Judge Bubash had previewed in chambers for him that he deserved under the law and whose fees I had already reduced as a too-kind, ill-advised courtesy to a mutual friend -- then he better remove this post immediately to avoid being sued for libel, not to mention apologize for skipping out on his well-documented financial obligation that even the opposing counsel agreed that I had fully earned.

Ethical, knowledgeable, compassionate
Mr. Pollock was invaluable in helping me through a very difficult time. After my daughter passed away, I was unable to see my two grandchildren because their father wouldn't allow it. I established a Court Order for partial physical custody with the Court, which my grandchildren's father repeatedly...
