David Woodruff Turner

My sister and I hired David to help with an eviction directly following the death of our mother. We paid a retainer and after him writing the initial notice to the person in the home he stopped returning any calls. David ignored text email and calls to his business. Eviction proceedings are supposed... to take place in a timely manner. I am not sure if he knows the party we are trying to remove and did not inform us of a conflict of interest but no matter the reason just blowing off a paying client seems like some underhanded practice. Please be aware if you plan to hire this attorney that you may pay and then never hear anything from him again. Hope this helps someone.
