Dorothy C. Wolbert believes that guiding a divorce or other family law case to its finality is just one aspect of her job. She also wants to show her clients how to overcome and move on from this difficult time.

“To me, the appeal of family law is the ability to assist clients to overcome real-life struggles during an emotionally strenuous time in their lives,” Ms. Wolbert said. “I find a sense of contribution in offering support to these clients as they open another door.”

She said she particularly enjoys when her custody cases end up with both able to spend a significant amount of time with their children with a schedule that works best for all parties.

“I have a sincere passion for children, and I believe both parents are equally vital in the development of their children,” Ms. Wolbert said.
