At the time my husband and I first contacted Vanessa and Allison we were living in California where we had moved (from Pittsburgh) for my husbands new job. As I mentioned above I never felt as though a "ball was dropped" or something was forgotten. With the two of them working in tandem I was ALWAYS able to reach someone either by email or telephone if I had a question or concern. I could not recommend Vanessa and Allison enough and we actually have given their information to a friend of ours who started the process at the same time as us but had to go back to her home country and start over due to the negligence of her attorney. With something as important as being able to see and hold your loved one every day being at risk I would not trust anyone else. Thanks to Vanessa and Allison my husband and I were beyond prepared for our green card interview in February and received notification on the very same day that it had been granted. I'm typically not one to write negative reviews, but in this instance, I feel it's necessary to share my experience with others considering this Caruso Law Group. Even though I felt Caruso Law Group was a right choice our legal provider. My experience with this case was far from satisfactory. Desp...ite their professional facade, their services fell short in critical areas. Notably, the negligence in handling our paperwork was alarming. This is a cornerstone of any legal service, and we expected, at the very least, accurate and diligent work in this regard. Furthermore, the interpersonal dynamics were unpleasant and unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable, and the lack of empathy and understanding towards our situation was disheartening. This was made even worse when they abruptly decided not to support our case further. A prior explanation or professional conversation regarding their decision would have been appreciated. Navigating legal matters can be daunting, and we sought help from this law firm in the hopes of receiving guidance and support. Regrettably, this was not the case. We were left disappointed and under immense stress, which is far from what we had anticipated. I would caution prospective clients to consider these points carefully before deciding to engage with this law firm. For us, this experience was a stark reminder that not all legal services are equal.
