We were despairing ... my wife's immigration case was in limbo; on the one hand, USCIS had administratively closed her change of status case (even though she had married a US citizen), and claimed it was under DOJ EOIR jurisdiction; on the other hand, EOIR had never received anything to adjudicate; n...either party would take responsibility.
