We were despairing ... my wife's immigration case was in limbo; on the one hand, USCIS had administratively closed her change of status case (even though she had married a US citizen), and claimed it was under DOJ EOIR jurisdiction; on the other hand, EOIR had never received anything to adjudicate; n...either party would take responsibility. After hiring Vanessa, she quickly contacted folks she knew in both the USCIS and the DOJ to explain our situation, and was able to successfully get USCIS to re-assume responsibility, with the result that my wife finally obtained her green card within a month or so of hiring her services (after months and months of limbo).
