Hi, my name is Lloyd A. Welling and I am the founding Partner in the law firm of American Wills & Estates.  We are one of Western Pennsylvania's premier probate estate administration and estate planning law firms.

We offer free legal consultations.  Home and hospital visits are available and evening and weekend hours are offered by appointment.

Excellent Estate Planning Attorney
Attorney Lloyd Welling prepared Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, and Living Will documents for me and my wife. Lloyd was courteous and professional. He took time to listen and answer all my questions. He understood my particular needs and did not try to sell me or convince me to buy a more expensive type of Estate Plan. I needed a lawyer to help my mother with a Living Will and Power of Attorney. I noticed the great reviews from clients of Mr. Welling, so I scheduled an appointment. Mr. Welling and Ms. Judy were very personable.
