OUTCOME: After a week-long jury trial, the client was found not guilty of three of the four counts. He was convicted of violating a holding order, but was acquitted of all alleged licensing violations.

Client was charged with four criminal misdemeanors, all relating to the sale of raw milk and raw milk products.
