In January 2009, our client planned to go shopping with her mother at a local mall and, as she reached the sidewalk in front of one of the stores, slipped and fell on some ice. The fall resulted in a f ... ractured ankle. The insurance companies for both the mall and snow removal company denied the claim. Attorney Thomas Perlberg of Hupy and Abraham, S.C. in Milwaukee placed the case into suit and, without the need for trial, was able to obtain a settlement of $75,000.00.
