Guardianship Revoked

OUTCOME: This time the law prevailed. The court revoked the Guardianship and deferred to the Powers of Attorney in favor of her sibling.

J.K. suffered a stroke at an early age and for years her family cared for her under a guardianship. When her mother passed away, the court intervened and order an accounting for the past 7 years.
