too little info to answer. given the lack of information, all I can say is anywhere from probation to jail time.
My son's bail was set at $3000. I was told need to pay 10% or $300 for him to be released from jail. Will I get this money back

a lot of different possibilities. too little info. whether you are on state parole or a judges probation makes a big difference. I could only guess...
In PA if on probation and it is not drug related will I get drug tested?
