don't go in unless you are subpoenaed for court. if you talk to the police at all, have a lawyer present.

if it is state parole or probation, probably not. if he is on probation with a judge, you can always file a petition to lift detainer and the judge...

sage advice from my peers. please find an elder law attorney versed in Medicaid laws before you do anything. Shop around they are out there.

not understanding your question, but usually by signing a Renunciation one only gives up his or her right to be executor. they don't waive any...
