William Rodgers III

William Rodgers III is a civil trial attorney who focuses his practice on plaintiff personal injury litigation, commercial civil litigation, real estate litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, general civil litigation, decedent’s estates, as well as other areas of general and commercial practice. He regularly litigates cases for his clients in state and federal court and has tried a number of cases to verdict. As a compliment to Mr. Rodgers’ extensive trial experience, he has broad experience as a general practitioner acquired during his employment as an attorney in a general practice law firm in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. He prides himself in leveraging his depth of knowledge to enhance all areas of his practice, particularly his litigation practice.

Mr. Rodgers graduated from John Carroll University and Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Rodgers is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the State of Georgia. Mr. Rodgers is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

A second-generation lawyer, Mr. Rodgers is proud to carry on the tradition of practicing law like his late father. Mr. Rodgers is a native of Edgeworth and he, his wife, and his children continue to reside in the Sewickley area.
