Honest and ethical

I've known Max for over 20 years and he has provided outstanding results for my family and my business. His practice has helped me in all the areas that I can think of with kids, business and family matters, highly recommended.

Excellent Group of Lawyers

The Law Offices of Max C. Feldman is a tightly woven network of highly professional attorneys and staff professionals who walked me and my family through two years of custody and child support litigations, supporting and reassuring us every step of the way. I knew Max Feldman was the right attorne...y for us the moment I met him with his strong words, compassion, and determination. I appreciated Max, Nick, Joe and their team for always keeping us in the loop about our case and every little step that needed to be handled to move the case forward to a favourable outcome. These last two years have been undoubtedly stressful and frightening for me and my family, but we can finally say that we have finally reached an agreement and now can move forward. Thank you again Max, Nick, and Joe for everything you have done for me and my family. I strongly would recommend the Law Offices of Max C. Feldman for their family court expertise!

Not agressive for complicated cases

Did not do what I had wanted him to do. Instead came to me with a settlement with the other party after we both agreed to go to trial. He gave them new ideas on what to ask the judge for. Wow this really screwed up my case.

As this third (3rd) poor review written by you is substantially similar in nature to your Google and Facebook reviews, please see the same response I utilized to respond to your other two (2) poor reviews. First off, I am shocked and dismayed by your allegations. In my almost twenty-eight (28) years of practicing law, I have stood by the principal: Do as my client wishes. Now, every case is unique; therefore, I stand by another principal: Be transparent, unambiguous, and most importantly, realistic, with my client when weighing the merits and faults of each particular case. Throughout my involvement in your case, I lived by both principals. From the day you retained me, through the day your actions prompted me to withdraw from your case, I explained to you that your case must be handled delicately, and most importantly, strategically, because of the highly sensitive facts and profound issues surrounding your case. Further, I explained that I will “do as you wish,” but that your wishes may be difficult, or nearly impossible, to achieve because of the unfavorable circumstances in which you repeatedly placed yourself. If you recall, throughout my involvement in your case, the moment my actions successfully advanced your case one step forward, your detrimental actions moved your case five steps backward. As a result of your repeated, negative personal actions, the “aggressive representation” that you believe you desired would have further inflamed the highly sensitive issues and problematic deficiencies in your case and would have placed you in an exceptionally disadvantageous position. Further, “aggressive representation” does not always equal “antagonistic” or “hostile” representation; it does not always entail the screaming and yelling in which television has made you accustomed. I aggressively advocated for your best interests in a delicate, strategic, and calculated manner and your docket speaks for itself; any experienced family law practitioner in Allegheny County would agree. Your docket evidences and reflects the countless Motions and Petitions that I presented and won on your behalf, as well as my strenuous, often successful, defense of the numerous Motions and Petitions presented by opposing counsel in response to your repeated negative actions and prejudicial behaviors. If you recall, my successful defense of a particular Petition presented by opposing counsel prevented you from losing your house and becoming homeless. With respect to your allegations that I offered an unauthorized settlement, that my actions have caused you thousands in counsel fees, and that my actions caused a delay in your case, all are simply untrue. I have never offered a settlement prior to my client authorizing the same and will never do so. As for counsel fees, if you recall, your destructive personal actions, coupled with your volatility, prompted opposing counsel to act on behalf of her client, which, in turn, caused you to incur counsel fees, as it became necessary for me to defend your best interests. Concerning your allegation that I caused a delay in your case, if you recall, you were unavailable for multiple months, on multiple occasions, throughout my involvement in your case as a result of your damaging personal actions. It is only natural that your case would be delayed due to your repeated unavailability. In sum, to refresh your recollection of the damaging, adverse impact your negative personal actions and continued unavailability for months at a time has had on your case, I advise you to visit the docket relating to your case and review the abundance of entries, as well as the facts, contained therein. Further, as a fellow business owner in the same community, you understand the negative implications that intentional misrepresentations and deliberately untruthful allegations may have on a business.

Highly Recommend

Max has represented me for several years during many trying times through divorce, child support and custody battles. My son's safety and well being are the most important thing to me. Max understands that and deals with our issues professionally and compassionately. When I was interviewing Attorney'...s for these matters, others wanted me to basically throw in the towel and go through the standard procedures. Not Max. He gave me options that although bucked the "norm" resulted in my having Primary Custody of my son. He's not afraid of a fight. He knows his way around the court system and makes the process as stress free as possible. He communicates very well and thoroughly reviews all options with me then proceeds with vigor once I have made a decision on which path to pursue. I respect Max a great deal and have full confidence that I am well represented when I need legal services. I strongly recommend Max to anyone who needs an attorney.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Recently needed an attorney quickly to handle a PFA hearing. We were referred by another attorney. Mr Feldman met with us quickly, explained the entire process to us and was able to handle a case within a matter of days. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Very intelligent and explained ...things to us in a manner that was easily understandable. We would highly recommend Mr Feldman and would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise. THANK YOU Mr Feldman!
