As an independent technology consultant through two economic downturns and with a teenager who got cancer, we had some hard financial choices to make; and delaying paying the IRS was one of them (in order to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table.) But eventual...ly they needed to be paid. Robert expertly helped us resolve our IRS lien and about SIX YEARS of back-tax mess, clearing up my misconceptions about OICs and helping set up and guide us through our repayment plan; then working with us *and* the IRS to make sure things were done right on both sides. We really appreciated Robert's tax law knowledge, but especially his accessibility and guidance and clear explanations. As well as taking care of our extra payments at the Federal bldg. specifically to make sure they got applied to the most beneficial tax years. We got through the plan and are now free and clear, and I honestly believe it would have been a lot longer, more stressful, and more costly to us without Robert.
