Jonathan Todd Krassenstein

JONATHAN TODD KRASSENSTEIN is a business and litigation attorney with Krassenstein & Associates Professional Corporation, having an extensive background in general business matters and commercial litigation. Formerly a judicial clerk, Mr. Krassenstein combines his knowledge of the court system with sound practical experience gained as a certified public accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co. and from years of practicing law.  During his career, Mr. Krassenstein has represented businesses of all sizes from a variety of industries in various corporate matters including entity creation, acquisition agreements, contractual drafting and disputes, construction litigation, employment/labor matters, franchising and banking. 

Mr. Krassenstein, is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.  He has served as an officer and on the boards of many entities, including PFBC Environmental Energy Technologies, Northern Allegheny County Chamber of Commerce, Temple Ohav Shalom, the BrooktreeOffice Park and the Borough of Bradford Woods Zoning Hearing Board.
