N/AOUTCOME: Plan confirmation and allowance of claims
Represented a creditor in successfully negotiating the terms of a Chapter 11 plan. The confirmation of the Plan was appealed to the 7th Circuit and confirmation was upheld. The terms of a release of ... my client under the Plan were the subject of appeal and were sustained by the Court of Appeals. We also litigated the allowance of claims and were successful in sustaining allowance by the bankruptcy court of one claim and obtaining reversal of denial of two other claims. The matter is awaiting further decision by the 7th Circuit.
