Professional, Trustworthy and Compassionate - this sums up my experience with Michele Conti. After enduring the loss two family members, and being Executor for both Estates, I felt overwhelmed by the the myriad of paperwork and legal processes that were required. Our family had a very negative expe...rience in the past with another firm which cost us an exorbitant amount of money and left us with a high sense of distrust. Thankfully, a friend referred me to Michele and, after an initial consultation with her, I knew that I found not only an excellent Attorney, but a person who was empathetic, understanding and compassionate - which was critical to my family in the aftermath of the loss of two loved ones. I would recommend Michele to anyone who is seeking an exceptional Attorney with a proven success record, as well as a highly caring individual.

Always sounded like she was preoccupied when talking on the phone. Gave me certain information at different points during the process and then would later backpedal and change her mind. Actually "refused" to draft my will/living will/POA documents in the manner I requested. When I pushed, she did a...s I requested. As a result, though, the fee was ridiculous. Had she not wasted so much time and simply completed what I asked her to do to begin with, I would not have been charged an unbelievable amount of money for documents I could have downloaded from legalzoom.com or rocketlawyer.com Then she had the nerve to "offer" to do the notarization and signing at my home. Didn't bother to tell me she would charge me for her travel time. When she got lost and it took her twice as long to get here (she was half an hour late, holding up my work day and wasting the time of 3 witnesses kind enough to be present), I got charged for that time, too. Then she sat in my home chit chatting with one of the witnesses; yep - she charged me for that time, too. It cost more to get the documents signed and notarized than it did to compile them. Absolutely the worst attorney I have ever worked with. Would not recommend her under any circumstances whatsoever.
