I have had bad experiences with other legal counsel in the past, which is what brought me to representation by Attorney George Miller of The Miller Legal Group. George is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, accommodating, prompt, cost-conscious, and professional. He definitely knows how to get ...the job done, while upholding his ethics and playing by the rules. As with previous counsel, I was always left wondering “what is going on with my case?” Not with George. I never have to wonder what is going on because he is very upfront and reassuring about all aspects of my case. He takes my concerns very seriously and always offers sincere guidance, while never making me feel like I am asking the wrong questions or that my apprehensions are misplaced. The fact of the matter is he makes me feel that he is just as invested in the outcome of my case as I am; a true team player. This is what everyone hopes to have in an attorney! To watch him in action, George well prepares himself for court appearances and is extremely skilled in his execution, displaying his passion for the law while delivering with authority. In my opinion, he should be dubbed with the moniker, "The Great Communicator;" no disrespect to Ronald Reagan. After working with previous counsel that failed to concern themselves with the intricacies of my property dispute, I came to George Miller in hopes of finding an advocate who would take time to understand the particulars of my situation. After spending a great deal of time listening to me and my co-...pIaintiffs, I can unequivocally state that George has exceeded my expectations, by far! Not only is he knowledgeable about this particular area of the law, he lent us a patient ear while listening to the concerns of my family and our co-plaintiffs. He offered great ongoing guidance and wisdom in helping to direct us along the proper legal channels. Even more importantly, he took each and every one of our concerns into sincere consideration as we planned every step along the way. Communication is a major concern I have when selecting an attorney. With George Miller, I never once felt as if I was “bothering” him with questions. Truth of the matter is that he would many times send a text/e-mail offering us an update as to the progress of our case. I found this to be quite comforting. In fact, he once texted, “You don’t have to worry about… (particular issue), that’s what you have me for!” In short, I always knew he was on the case and was paying due diligence to my concerns. George’s affable manner comes across as articulate, professional, and sincere. This is reflected in his timely response to all forms of communication (both digital and paper form). With his calm advice, I’ve always known where we are at in the process of this matter and what the possible expectations and outcomes might be. I really feel that this is an important sense of trust that makes our lawyer/client relationship work all the better. I do not think I can sum it up any better than to relay a part of our phone discussion one night when I was feeling particularly frustrated with the issues at hand. After listening to me detail my concerns and after allaying my fears, I said to him, “You’re not just our lawyer, I’m feel like your part of our team George”. To me, this is what separates him from the other attorneys I have worked with. I trust him enough to feel he is not just working for us but rather he is wholly a member of our team!
