Rebecca Alyce Auld

Rebecca A. Auld is the principal, at Auld Brothers Law Group. Her practice consists of; Wills, Financial and Healthcare Will Power-of-Attorneys, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Real Estate matters, Small Businesses and Criminal Law.

She is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Denison University in Ohio. During college and from 2000-2003 at the Duquesne University School-of-Law, Rebecca interned and worked for the Office of the Attorney General, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under Mike Fisher. Additionally, she interned for the United States Attorney’s Office of the Prosecutor for the United States District Court, for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Upon graduating from Duquesne, Rebecca clerked for the late Honorable George H. Hancher, in 2003 to 2006, writing Opinions, in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, of Pennsylvania, where she came to fully understand and wholly respect the decorum one should have as a Judge, in addition to her father, John H. Auld, II, Esq., as a principal of the law firm, Abernethy Auld & Young, who has since retired in 2020.

Rebecca is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, in addition to the United States District of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. With her prior experiences, she brings the same mentality and mind-set, as counsel, while focusing on the above. She competently and passionately assists generations of families, in those areas.

This life-long resident of Adams Township of Pennsylvania resides with her husband and their three children, of which may become the 5th and 6th generations of Auld Attorneys, in Pittsburgh and Texas. When she finds a minute or thirty to spare, Rebecca likes travel, reading and cooking for her brood, as well as family and friends.
