Michael F. Santicola

I wish I had come here to read these reviews before hiring Michael Santicola. After paying him a large retainer I saw him a couple of times only. I later learned the retainer should have been $1500 less than what he charged me. He didn't work on my case and never picked up the phone or returned phone... calls. After I had to fire him he disappeared and refused to refund my money. He charged me for 15 hours work but in reality only worked 2 hours on my case if that. Stay away from this lawyer he is not honest and will take your money and disappear.

I was in jail when I contacted Mr. Santicola and was very desperate. He took advantages of my situation and after I paid him his retainer I received one visit from only and never saw him again. I am still trying to get my money back but he has disappeared. Stay away from this lawer and use someone el...se. This guy is NOT reliable.

I contacted Santicola thinking he would be able to help me. I ended up having to fire him because he was not doing his job properly, didn't return phone calls and basically just took off after he got paid. I ended up having to hire a different lawyer but lost my retainer as Santicola refused to retur...n my money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Michael Santicola, after paying him his retainer he stopped the communication. I also later learned he had charged me too much, I am still trying to find out what happened since he is not answering my phone calls or responding to my letters, I don't know wha...t happened. Based on the 2 last reviews, then I guess he just took off. I am not from PA so find it hard to just pass by his office. I would not recommend this lawyer.
