Not a good lawyer!
I had a very disappointing experience with Michael Santicola, after paying him his retainer he stopped the communication. I also later learned he had charged me too much, I am still trying to find out what happened since he is not answering my phone calls or responding to my letters, I don't know wha...

He kept my retainer
Santicola kept my retainer and never returned any of my calls after that. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone.

Very Good Lawyer
I have used this lawyer for my divorce, a criminal matter for a family member..and a car accident. He was excellent in all. He stayed in constant contact. He won all 3 of my cases. I would always use his firm in the future.

Unhappy Client
Michael Santicola will take your money and run. He took my retainer (which was sizeable) and didn't even show up at the court house to represent me !!! Don't ever expect a call back once you've given him a check ... he won't return your calls. Don't ever use him.
