Never before have I ever come across such an unreliable and irresponsible lawyer. Once he received his retainer he was never around. I ended up having to fire him but never got my money back. He did no more than a couple of hours of work on my case, but still decided to keep all the money I paid him ...up front. Stay away from this lawyer.

I was in jail and Mike totally took advantages of my situation. He promised me and my husband the world but as soon as he got his retainer he took off. My husband in the end had to hire a different lawyer to get me out of jail. I got out of jail but no thanks to Mike and we are now trying to get out ...money back but Mike doesn't answer our calls so we will probably have to hire another lawyer to get our money back or at least some of it. Stay away from this lawyer he is not going to help you out. He is only good at taking clients' money.

I wish I had come here to read these reviews before hiring Michael Santicola. After paying him a large retainer I saw him a couple of times only. I later learned the retainer should have been $1500 less than what he charged me. He didn't work on my case and never picked up the phone or returned phone... calls. After I had to fire him he disappeared and refused to refund my money. He charged me for 15 hours work but in reality only worked 2 hours on my case if that. Stay away from this lawyer he is not honest and will take your money and disappear.

I was in jail when I contacted Mr. Santicola and was very desperate. He took advantages of my situation and after I paid him his retainer I received one visit from only and never saw him again. I am still trying to get my money back but he has disappeared. Stay away from this lawer and use someone el...se. This guy is NOT reliable.
