Saved Family Heirlooms

Clients were the beneficiaries of their uncle's estate. The Personal Representative, another uncle who was not close to my clients was disposing of much of the family memorabilia which had no meaning ... to him, but great meaning to my clients. He was unresponsive to their direct appeals. We were able to get the lines of communication open, and my clients ended up being able to participate with their uncle in administering the estate, and save most of the family heirlooms that had so much personal value to them.
