There I met House Leader Dick Gephardt, Senator John Glenn, George Stephanopoulos and the entire Youngstown and Mahoning County Delegates due to Joe’s relationships that he always quietly cultivated. Later Joe invited me to the Republican Convention at Philadelphia in July of 2000 where I was privy to lectures by the Foreign Policy Research Institute. Even then, Joe stayed in the background and just enjoyed watching all of us get together and work on many projects, developments, and policy making giving credit to all of us as he does still today. In summary, I just retained Joe on another SBA Project for my family.
