Attempted Aggravated Murder of a Police Officer

Police raided the home of my client late at night when my client did not know what was taking place. He came out of the home with his shotgun and the police claimed he 'racked' the shotgun, pointed it ... at the officer, pulled the trigger and the gun misfired. None of which was true and the jury after 3 days of trial did not believe the officers.
