OUTCOME: Recovery of diminished value at arbitration and fees and costs on appeal

Plaintiff was rear-ended on the interstate and had bodily injury and property damage to her car. We were able to settle the bodily injury claim before filing suit. The property damage was repaired bu ... t the car was worth less than it was before the collision. The claim for diminished value went through arbitration, with an appeal to the circuit court, the Oregon Court of Appeals, and ultimately the Oregon Supreme Court. The recovery for the diminished value was a reasonable amount, and the appellate process was a win.
