This was a case in which I represented the father of teenage daughters and mother wanted to move away. Father was very involved with his children including coaching their teams and helping out with su ... mmer activities. Mother had made many questionable decisions that impacted her daughters' well-being. Ruling of the Circuit Court was that the children would stay in Oregon. Mother chose not to move and father was then able to remain connected to his children and be a viable resource for them.
