Scott Jackson Learned

Scott J. Learned is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Elmira, NY office. He has practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law in Elmira for 40 years. His litigation experience includes construction site injuries, products liability, and serious motor vehicle accidents, as well as representing many Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability claimants. Scott’s focus has always been on the ability to successfully represent injured workers in all aspects of their claims.

He has served on the boards of The Southern Tier Association for the Visually Impaired, The Elmira Corps of the Salvation Army, The Southern Tier Chapter of the American Red Cross and Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc. He remains committed to securing the rights of the injured and disabled.
