OUTCOME: settled - policy limits

Represented a victim of a assault at a party and was able to negotiate with the defendant's parent's home owner's policy to pay their limits for the assault. I worked with the DA's office, the judge, ... and the defendant to get my client the compensation that he deserved for a serious injury to his head.
