We hired Mr. Urda to do a deed transfer of two parcels of land, from parent to children. After months of calls, many unreturned, he stated he was ready for us to come in and sign papers. When we arrived, the papers were not ready. We waited and watched him attempt to fill out the forms that required ...our signatures. Finally after almost 2 hours we signed the papers, and paid him. Another couple of months go by with several calls. Then he then states he needs us to fill out forms again as they were not filled in correctly. ( not surprising after watching him at the last meeting.) We have to go pick up the forms, take them home for family signatures and return the forms again. Yet another 8 weeks go by and finally we receive the call everything is complete. His office is an disorganized mess. In the 9 months it took him to do this undisputed transaction, we listed, sold and closed on our home using another law firm. I would not recommend his services. The disorganization is apparently extremely inefficient.
