Ms. Rothman advises clients in all aspects of estate planning with an emphasis on drafting wills and trusts tailored to individual clients’ needs, including protecting and providing for family members, carrying out charitable intentions, and minimizing tax obligations. Ms. Rothman also represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate throughout Tompkins County and the surrounding areas, and represents executors and trustees in connection with estate administration matters including Surrogate’s Court proceedings, tax filings, and post-mortem planning.
Ms. Rothman is a member of the Massachusetts and New York State bars. She received her J.D. from Harvard and her B.A. from Cornell University.
