Erin Marie Brady Swenson

I am a partner at Brady & Swenson, P.C. and I focus my practice on municipal and local governmnet law and all personal injury matters throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Allegany counties in New York. I am licensed in New York . I have lived in rural Western New York for most of my life and I proudly call this area my home. My mission is to obtain justice for the individuals and rural communities in Western New York. Justice in the personal injury realm usually involves monetary damages for serious injuries.

For over twenty years, I have fought against large insurance companies and corporations on behalf of my clients. Before joining Brady & Swenson, P.C., I began my practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a law firm that worked to protect consumer rights in nationwide class action cases challenging predatory lending, sales, and insurance practices.

My goal is to serve my clients iwth compassion, communication, and tenactiy. I also want to help them through some of their worst experiences and stand with them every step of the way from treatment to settlement or trial.
