For starters, he doesn’t communicate with the people he represents at all. I had every for my case documented and organized so he basically just had to litigate once we got to court. I attempted to contact him for weeks with no response. Finally, once I hear back just a few days before the scheduled ...hearing he certainly talked the talk. However, once we got to court- he completely failed to represent me properly. He acquiesced to everything the other party was asking for without any consultation with me. Then withdrew MY petition, also without any discussion or consent. If you have to choose between Mike Smith and having no attorney at all- just go pro se.
