Client reunited with daughter after 6 weeks apart
Feb 12, 2020OUTCOME: We had a good day. My client left court just before the 1:00 pm break with his 2 year old daughter in his arms.
Unmarried couple shares a 2 year old daughter. Father retained me after going to court twice pro se in support of his motion for contempt filed because the Mother refused to allow him to see his daugh ... ter for more than 6 weeks. We prepared quickly for the hearing and my office served the Mother -- who had failed to appear at prior court dates -- with a subpoena in addition to two other key witnesses.
