Craig R. Welch

Craig R. Welch is a Partner at Lacy Katzen and Chair of the Corporate, Business, and Banking Law Practice Group.  For over 35 years, Craig has represented clients with diverse legal needs that typically involve issues with a variety of practice areas.  Craig counsels business owners in addressing many legal issues including business counseling, commercial lending transactions and loan restructuring, shareholders agreements, buy-sell agreements and stock redemptions, contracts, leases, business acquisitions, mergers, and liquidations.

Craig is also experienced in handling and advising clients in all aspects of real estate, real estate development and related transactions, whether it is residential or commercial, on behalf of individuals and businesses.  In representing individual and business owners, Craig represents clients in developing a comprehensive estate plan, which includes wills, trusts, succession planning, power of attorneys, health care proxies, living wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, standby guardianships, estate probate and administration, and elder law and Medicaid issues.

Craig is also faimilar with legal issues in other areas of law including bankruptcy, criminal law, civil litigation, debt collection, and municipal law.
