Being a first-time home buyer, both my anxiety and overwhelming emotions got the best of ...me at times, but Maria was there to reassure and walk me through the whole process, all while making sure I was legally covered and everything was fully secure for a successful home buying experience. Very reasonable rates and never charged me extra when I had a quick question to ask, or wanted to double-check on something I wasn’t sure about. Found Maria through a friend of mine who used her when my friend sold her house. Maria came highly recommended and I can not agree more! Ms. Perticone accepted our request for an Attorny immediately after we sold our house quicker than expected. Had no qualms that we would not be using a real estate agent. Clearly stated her fees .Took time to explain the house selling procedure, and how it would differ from traditional house selling.... Gave unbiased advice and prompts to us ( seller ) and contacted buyers Attorny to insure smooth and timely responses/ needs/ dead lines. Extreamly matriculate with details and very professional approach. On more than one occasion arranged personal meetings so as to expedite negotiations rather than playing e-mail tag. It was clear she spent more time than normal, and did so totally without complaint . All correspondence/phone calls/ texts were returned immediately including on a Sunday. Clearly went above and beyond with no mentions of what I think, was probably a more difficult and time consuming transaction related to out of country buyers.
