Amber Peshkin

Amber Peshkin focuses her practice on civil litigation, personal injury and criminal defense. Before joining Clark Peshkin, she started her career in the fast-paced courtrooms of New York City and Long Island, working as a defense attorney for both indigent and retained clients. After moving to Rochester, Amber was a prosecutor for the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. 

Amber has the experience necessary to attack any legal issue that may arise and has single-handedly resolved thousands of misdemeanor, felony and personal injury cases. Amber has represented people from all walks of life and her areas of expertise are varied and wide-reaching. She has handled cases ranging from product and premises liability cases to motor vehicle accident and wrongful death. Amber also has extensive experience resolving non-criminal and misdemeanor traffic offenses, larcenies, drug cases and assaults to serious felonies like robbery, weapons possession, sexual assault, economic crimes and attempted murder. 

Amber works hard to develop a close working relationship with all of her clients, keeping them informed and included throughout the entire process.
