I met with him in person and signed a retainer agreement with him. There after, I went to his office numerous times to see how my case was going and he would never see me or leave me any messages. I left messages for him at his office and sent e-mails to him, and he never responded to me once. Finall...y I went in and was able to met with him and he started to do stuff in my case, and then he dropped me as my attorney a few months before the statue of limitations. He won't say anything to me, or at least provide a little direction.

He handled a code violation case for me and was able to do exactly what he said he would. He obtained in writing a promise from the Greece town code inspector to adjourn the trial till I could get a roof replaced. On the day of court, the judge was going to be late, but he talked to the clerk and c...ode inspector and the trial was adjourned, date not set.
