Steven Edward Feder

Steven E. Feder is a graduate of Fredonia State University of New York and Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State, Florida, the U.S. District Court (all NY Districts), and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Western Districy of NY) and has practiced in Rochester since 1987. He concentrates his practice in creditor/debtor law, litigation, collections, personal injury, trial law, and business law, with heavy civil litigation emphasis and experience.

We follow a realistic and result-based approach, scaling resources and strategy to our client's assessment of the importance of the matter to be litigated. My civil litigation practice covers a number of civil areas: commercial litigation, and also personal injury, family/divorce, and general civil. I do not generally handle criminal matters (although one of my partners does, quite successfully). A significant portion of my practice involves handling litigation for the clients of other attorneys.
