Best experience during a difficult time.
Mark is very quick at getting back to emails and phone calls. He explained things to easily understand every step of the process and had everything done very fast. Couldn’t have had a better experience and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Poor communications and lack-luster response time
So I choose mr. Bezinque based on these reviews on this site. I retained him for my divorce. I found him taking weeks to respond to inquiries. Sending you other responses and not being available to talk or email for a couple weeks when you are challenged by opposing council. It is a crappy and helple...
Your description of events differs significantly from my experience as well as our communication and billing records. The reviews here are all genuine. I hope your relationship with your current counsel is proceeding well and I wish you the best.

Kind and Professional
I had been fighting with my ex for far too long trying to get a divorce. No matter who I talked to, everyone was certain that this divorce was going to be a long, drawn out process because he was not co-operating with me. My mother (who has also retained Mark's services) referred me to Mark, and not ...

Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with!
Divorce is a very overwhelming and confusing time. I will say that from the very first meeting, I felt 100% confident that I made the right decision in retaining Mark as my attorney. I am very detail oriented and I came with a multitude of questions and scenarios and Mark patiently answered them ...

The best!
I called Mark concerning a possible incorrect calculation by the NYS retirement system related to a domestic relations order...in short they were paying my ex-wife too much, Mark sent a letter to the system and after a recalculation I am now getting the correct amount. What I respected so highly ab...
"I have worked with Mark on many collaborative and litigated divorces over the years. He is an excellent attorney and advocate for his clients. I enjoy working with Mark because we are able to focus on the issues at hand and effectively resolve our cases."
"I endorse Mark Chauvin Bezinque as a Divorce Attorney, Collaborative Attorney and Mediator. Mark is a highly skilled and experienced attorney who is committed to providing a good process and outcome for his clients. He has a strong understanding of the law and works well with other professionals. I am always impressed by his commitment to his clients, and his ability to move a case forward and complete his paperwork in a timely fashion."
"Mark and I have been opposing counsel on numerous cases. It is always a welcome relief to know that Mark is representing the other party in a family law matter, because I know that, although he will strongly advocate for his client, he is able to do so with a sense of fairness and a desire to cause no further harm to an already stressful situation. I highly endorse this lawyer."
"I first met Mark a number of years ago when we represented opposing spouses in a highly contested divorce case. I came away from that case with great respect for Mark's knowledge, experience, and ability as both a litigator and a negotiator. I no longer handle contested custody matters and I have referred a number of clients to Mark for representation. I have only received good reviews. I have no hesitation referring the most difficult or complicated cases to Mark."
