Edgar Adam Leyens

E. Adam Leyens, Esq. (Cornell University A.B. 1982, Cornell Law J.D. 1985) is the sole member of E. Adam Leyens, PLLC.  Mr. Leyens has represented businesses and their owners in a wide variety of legal matters for more than 29 years.  

Mr. Leyens has over 29 years of experience counseling small and mid-sized businesses and their owners throughout the United States in a wide range of business law matters, including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, contract review and negotiation, commercial financing transactions, shareholder and employment agreements, and intellectual property and related software licensing matters. 

Mr. Leyens also has extensive experience representing purchasers and sellers in commercial, industrial and residential real property purchases and sales and relating financing for real estate acquisitions. Mr. Leyens frequently represents landlords and tenants in the drafting and/or negotiation of commercial leasing transactions throughout New York State. 

Mr. Leyens also represents commercial lenders and venture capital groups in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions.
