Mr. Schwind maintains a general legal practice, providing professional services and counsel on a wide variety of legal matters. While devoting a substantial portion of his practice to a full range of domestic and family law matters, he also represents clients in residential real estate transactions, business and contractual matters, and estate and estate planning matters and maintains an active Municipal Law practice as attorney for the Village of Hilton, NY.
Mr. Schwind graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with an A.B. Degree in 1979 and graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 1982. He sits on the Management Committee of his law firm and is the resident partner responsible for the operation of his firm's Greece and Hilton satellite offices. He is a member of both the Monroe County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association and has received a BV Distinguished Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
