Samuel O. Tilton

Samuel O. Tilton is a partner, and member and former Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Development and Finance Department. His practice is concentrated in real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and commercial mortgage lending. He also is experienced in the areas of condominiums and homeowner associations and title insurance.

He is also a member and Past Chair of President's Commission on Access to Justice. He has been a speaker at seminars on surveys and title insurance, condominiums and homeowner applications and ethics opinions.

Mr. Tilton is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a member of its Real Property Law Section and the Section’s Executive Committee. He is Past Co-Chair of Committee on Title and Transfer of the Real Property Law Section and he is a member of House of Delegates as Representative of the Real Property Law Section
