Mr. D’Angelo is an associate in the firm’s Business & Finance Department. His practice is focused in the areas of corporate governance, corporate finance, domestic and international business counseling, securities and international law. His clients include entrepreneurs seeking to establish foreign business operations and a Washington, DC antitrust and international trade law firm, with focus on counseling in the areas of federal securities law, domestic and international contracts and licensing, international commerce, international treaties, corporate fiduciary law, private placements and general corporate law matters. He represents the firm’s clients in connection with public and private offerings of securities, SEC filings, business entity formation and purchases and sales of companies.
