Gregory W. Gribben

Mr. Gribben is a Partner in the firm's Business & Finance Department. His practice is focused in the areas of corporate and securities law. This practice includes the area of corporate finance, with the representation of issuers in public and private offerings of securities and venture capital transactions. He represents public companies in connection with securities law reporting and compliance issues. This representation includes Securities and Exchange Commission periodic reporting requirements, the preparation of proxy materials and compliance with New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ requirements. Mr. Gribben represents investment advisors in connection with state and federal registration and regulatory compliance. In addition, he has represented both corporate buyers and sellers in asset, stock and merger transactions, and counseled businesses with corporate governance and compliance issues.

 

Community Involvement:

Mr. Gribben is active as a volunteer mentor with the Rochester City School District in the Lawyers for Learning program,a member of the United Way of Greater Rochester's Young Leaders Club and a board member for Continuing Developmental Services, Inc.

Mr. Gribben is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.

Mr. Gribben is a member of the Business Law Council of the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association Business Law Section.
