Erin Kathleen Skuce

I am a trial attorney and passionate advocate who believes in listening, respect, and compassion. With nearly two decades of experience on both sides of personal injury litigation, I use my knowledge to guide clients toward meaningful outcomes and help them move forward with confidence.

Erin takes pride in being a passionate advocate for clients. She believes that true advocacy requires treating everyone with courtesy and respect, while also listening carefully to clients’ concerns. Through experience, legal knowledge, and an ability to bring people together, Erin has achieved successful outcomes for clients through both pre-trial settlements and trial verdicts. One of the most rewarding aspects of Erin’s work is connecting with former clients in the community and knowing Erin played a role in helping them reach outcomes that allowed them to move forward.

Over a career spanning nearly two decades, Erin has established a reputation as a trial lawyer by combining legal acumen, hard work, dedication, and compassion. Erin began a legal career at a boutique personal injury firm, assisting severely injured clients in obtaining settlements and verdicts. Erin later represented insurance companies, first as in-house counsel and then at a civil litigation firm, where Erin became an equity partner. After nearly 12 years of defending personal injury lawsuits and trials, and with deep insight into insurance defense strategies, Erin returned to a true passion—advocating for injured clients and providing comfort and security while pursuing fair outcomes.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is a dedicated supporter of their involvement in hockey. On many weekends, Erin can be found at multiple hockey rinks or attending a game at alma mater RIT, where her husband drives the Zamboni.
